ShareHawaiian Style Activities/Boss Frog’s is seeking a pool area attendant to ensure the pool deck area at KBC (Hilton Kaanapali Beach Club) is maintained in an orderly manner throughout the day and assist with resort beach equipment. Support sales agents. Current shift preference is 2 - 4 days per week from approx. 7:30a-4:30p (1 hour lunch). Compensation is $20 per hour plus commission (2% of net sales) 401k plan available. Other benefits available as follows: Paid Health benefits for persons working at least 20 hours per week (3 days), paid vacation/time off for persons working at least 24 hours (3 days) per week after one year.) Typical duties may include organizing pool deck chairs/furniture, collecting and handing out beach towels, enforcing pool deck area rules, and sanitizing pool desk area chairs/furniture and areas. Attendant will assist KBC beach rental agents with towel supplies, moving beach rental cabanas, maintaining gear, etc. May provide other support to sales staff. Other duties as assigned. Work with minimal supervision Greet and assist guest in a pleasant and helpful manner Able and willing to ask guests to follow specific rules in a professional and pleasant manner Must regularly and reliably report to work on time Requires good physical condition and sustained endurance for long periods of standing Must be able to work up to 11 hours shifts and lift up to 30 pounds Able to work in hot and humid conditions in the sun Project a professional company image and attitude Fluency in English (speak, read, write) Obtain CPR Card after hire Please reply with contact information and statement of interest.
