Management options avail to the right candidate Job Responsibilities - Moving 1- Provide exceptional customer service as you safely pack, move and unpack customer belongings 2- Guide customer through the moving process from beginning to end. 3- Perform walk-throughs with client at job site to ensure customer and the team are on the same page 4- Assist crew leader with preparing truck based on job details 5- Assist crew leader with digital paperwork, billing and job close out responsibilities 6- Get truck ready with supplies each morning and close out jobs at the end of the day Job Responsibilities - Junk and Demolition 1- Operate dump truck or roll off dumpster truck 2- Assist or Lead a crew in removal of junk from house or construction site 3- Clean up site after job completion 4- Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing; interact with customer with a courteous and positive attitude. 5- Assist at dump or donation centers with disposal Job Requirements Because moving is stressful, we seek candidates with a commitment to customer service and an appreciation for variety and hustle in your job. 1- High school diploma or equivalent 2- Excellent customer service skills 3- Professional attitude and demeanor 4- Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction or warehouse helpful 5- Stamina to lift heavy items (80 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc. 6- Good hand-eye coordination 7- Valid driver's license and clean driving record Company Values 1 - Customer comes first, followed closely by my teammates 2 - We work together, we succeed together 3 - Communicate early, Communicate often and Listen 4 - Be flexible, be accountable 5 - Get 1% Better, Every Day 6 - Safety, always 7 - See a Problem?
