About the Role The Housekeeping Heavy Porter is responsible for cleaning and service all hotel areas and is responsible for the safe and effective operation of heavy-duty equipment. Position Responsibilities Clean and service all Hotel areas including specifically the safe and effective operation of heavy-duty equipment, carpet shampooing, moving of furniture and other tasks necessary to ensure our guests experience a pleasing perception when coming to the Ocean Casino Resort . Deliver supplies where needed, e.g. in guest rooms, bathroom tissue, tissues, soap, etc. and other supply closets located throughout the property Promptly reports any maintenance problems with equipment or the property and any guest need to Supervisor. Essential Functions Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast pace environment Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the hotel areas Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and flexible shift hours Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds Requirements Must be guest oriented. Previous experience is helpful. Must be knowledgeable in the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. Must demonstrate good verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate in English Benefits Training & Development Free Meal while on shift Free Parking Pay Rate: $22.50 /hr

Part-time:  Sunday: 3:00-9:00pm Monday: 3:00-11:00pm Job Responsibilities: Provide quality customer service to all members and guests within the locker room.
