How You’ll Help Us Help Others Support the client’s healing journey by conducting thoughtful assessments and identifying sources of pain, tension, or dysfunction. Tailor each session to meet the unique needs of your clients, using deep tissue, trigger point therapy, or other effective modalities to deliver real relief. Maintain a calm, clean, and professional treatment environment that allows you and your clients to focus fully on the healing process. Document treatment plans and progress accurately, using clear clinical language to support continuity of care. Collaborate closely with other wellness professionals in a med spa or occupational health setting, ensuring clients receive integrated, holistic care. Educate and empower clients with guidance to support their well-being between sessions. What You Bring to the Team A strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based massage techniques. Skilled in deep tissue and trigger point therapy, with a passion for helping clients reduce pain and improve function. Excellent communication skills—you listen first and offer clear, compassionate feedback. A team mindset: you’re committed to supporting not just your clients, but your colleagues too. Experience in a clinical or med spa setting is a plus, but not required. A professional license and a genuine desire to keep learning and growing.
