We are a New York based real estate owner and manager, recruiting for a full time Manager in the Health Club in one of our Luxury Residential Buildings. The schedule is flexible and includes weekends. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Responsible for overall operations and manage staff within the Health Club - Evaluate and develop marketing strategies to increase Club memberships - Manage overall revenue and expenses of Health Club, including increasing revenue sources - Develop a plan to improve the Health Club including capital improvement and equipment upgrades - Production of daily, weekly and monthly production reports - Daily inspection of pool and pump room - Inspect the Health Club on a daily basis, and address any conditions requiring attention - First Aid and CPR - AED Professional Rescuer Red Cross Certifications Desired Qualifications: -Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional service. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment -Relevant certifications and experience in the fitness or hospitality industry.
