Our stylists are expected to provide excellent customer service and delight clients with excellent hair styling services that ensure frequent repeat visits. We are a privately owned franchise that provides a flexible and fun working environment. Our small salon is growing and as we grow, we expect to pass the benefits along to our team in the form of bi-weekly bonuses (depending on meeting PPH and revenue targets). We are closed for major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. Responsibilities: - Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair - Apply color theory knowledge to create customized hair colors for clients - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyles and provide recommendations - Mentor and train junior stylists in hair styling techniques and best practices - Upsell salon products and services to clients - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Skills: - Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling - Knowledge of color theory and ability to create customized hair colors - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs - Ability to mentor and train junior stylists in hair styling techniques - Strong customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience for clients Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. . . . .
