* Experienced instructors only, no newbs. * You must be exceptionally organized. * You must be trustworthy to even be considered and pass a criminal background and reference check. * Most importantly, we have to get along well, and you must get along well with all team members, staff and students. * Be willing and available to work on holidays (not needed all the time). * You will need: To learn and teach the schools system - paid training will be provided. Pass an instructor and skill test within 3 months JOB QUALIFICATIONS * Have at least two years of teaching experience * Black Belt in a traditional Martial Art (Karate, Tae Kwon Do, etc.) is a Bonus * Must have above average energy, have a big personality, passionate about teaching, a fast learner, a team player, no ego and charismatic. * Hard working, self-starter & motivated! Must have patience & work well with all levels of students * US work authorization (Required) * High school or equivalent (Preferred) * References JOB DUTIES * Preparation, organization and lesson planning . Delivering the curriculum of the school. * Responsible for keeping students on track for testings & grading. * Keeping daily accurate attendance records and contacting MIA students. * Training and delegating to assistant instructors. * Responsible for daily upkeep and maintenance of the school throughout the day. * Assist with daily operations including intro lessons & private lessons. Student and customer service. * Conduct rank testings SHIFT AVAILABILITY * Evening shift (Required) * Mornings/days (available) * Work holidays( occasionally) * Reliably commute or relocate to Westwood before starting (Required) COMPENSATION & OTHER * Compensation: $16.50 - $60 hourly after 3 months paid training. * Part time.
