Responsibilities Provide financial education to individuals, families, and small business owners Guide clients through solutions including tax-advantaged strategies, wealth building, retirement protection, and legacy transfer Build and manage your own book of business as an independent agent Attend ongoing virtual training and mentorship sessions Assist clients in obtaining financial products and services that meet their needs Pursue state licensing with our support and resources Requirements Required: Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred (but not required): Background in sales, customer service, education, or finance Bilingual is a plus State financial license (we will help you obtain this if needed)
