Title: Senior System Infrastructure Engineers Duties: Administer, maintain, install, configure, and support IT Infrastructure including, Windows Server & Citrix Infrastructure; utilize VMware, VSphere, PVS , SCCM, SCOM, VCenter, ESXi, Citrix XenApp 5.0, 6.0, 7.x, Citrix XenDesktop, Horizon View, etc ; collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex infrastructure issues; design & implement infrastructure upgrades & migrations; provide technical expertise in applying security policies; involve in routine systems maintenance including backup, performance tuning scheduling, etc.; train users. Requirements BS or foreign equivalent (combination of education is accepted) in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Technology or Business Administration or Related and 5 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years’ experience in system administration using Citrix Infrastructure (OR) Associates degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering (any) or Technology or Business Administration or Related and 7 years of relevant progressive experience including at least 3 years’ experience in system administration using Citrix Infrastructure. Location: Natick, MA Full Time. Infrastructure Engineer - Japanese Bilingual
This position reports to the Manager of Network Services and will manage all aspects of the project including vendors and consultants to achieve goals on all the network projects with an enthusiastic willingness to contribute. The Senior Network Engineer must have rich experience managing enterprise networks, architecture design, implementation, migration, and operation management, which may involve the following technologies: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Audio Visual, Voice systems, Server/Storage/Backup systems, etc. Essential Functions This role must be able to gather IT requirements, build and manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create status reports. Develops and maintains productive working relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders and key Business users. Works closely with the users and technology workstreams to identify requirements.
