ShareAbout the Position We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. This role will provide technical support and system administration in an environment of over 150 users, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune MDM, Apple Business Manager, and general IT operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/English), customer-oriented, and capable of handling daily IT support, cloud administration, security tasks, occasional on-call responsibilities, and periodic travel between Tijuana–San Diego sites. ________________________________________ Responsibilities • Provide technical support to ~150 end users (Windows, macOS, and mobile devices). • Manage user/group accounts, licensing, and access in Azure Active Directory and Office 365. • Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams environments. • Configure and maintain Intune MDM policies and mobile/desktop device enrollments. • Manage Apple Business Manager for the iOS/macOS device fleet. • Perform user onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with security best practices. • Support and maintain the Barracuda Email Gateway to reduce phishing/spam incidents. • Provide support for Hikvision CCTV cameras and NVR infrastructure. • Apply networking fundamentals to troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls). • Maintain IT asset inventory and equipment labeling management. • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash. • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical IT incidents. • Collaborate with the IT team to continuously improve processes, security, and reliability. ________________________________________ Qualifications Required Skills and Experience • 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field (required). • Solid knowledge of Azure AD, O365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive. • Hands-on experience with Intune MDM and Apple Business Manager. • Familiarity with Barracuda Email Security Gateway. • General networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls). • Knowledge of IT security best practices. • Experience with Hikvision CCTV systems (desirable). • Proficiency in PowerShell and Bash scripting. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required. • Availability for occasional site travel (Tijuana, San Diego).
