Requirements 👯‍♀️ Community Management Responsible for all inbound messages across social platforms, including DMs, comments, tagged content, and story mentions on TikTok, Instagram, and all alternate social channels Engage proactively across social by interacting with like-minded creators, brands, and community members to keep OSEA at the center of relevant conversation Connecting inbound partnership, collaboration, affiliate, influencer, and customer service inquiries to the appropriate team with context and support Track and summarize community sentiment and feedback 👩‍🎨 Creative Content Creation Support visual content creation for all organic social platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Help build and maintain an asset library of organic photo, video, b-roll, voiceover audio,, and behind-the-scenes content Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, collaborate on producing TikToks weekly (sourcing references, filming, or on-camera as needed) Attend and capture content at OSEA brand activations, campaign shoots, and occasional in-person events in LA 🏋️ Social Coordination & Campaign Support Assist in scheduling and posting both automated and manual content across platforms Support backend logistics of campaign rollouts  Linking products, adding CTAs, tracking assets, and updating internal content calendars Monitor engagement and surface content performance insights in real time Collaborate with Creative, Comms, Paid, Influencer, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns and priorities Qualifications: ✅ To succeed in the Social Media Coordinator role at OSEA, you need to be: Social Media Fluent: 2+ years of experience and deep knowledge of community engagement, social media best practices, trend reports, and content creation.  LA-Based & Availability: Must live in Los Angeles and be available for in-person events, shoots, team collaboration, and flexible for weekend hours.
