Job description including roles and responsibilities: Greet residents and guests, manage the sign-in process according to ATHOA procedure and policies, and provide information or directions as needed. Monitor doors and when able, open doors for residents and provide assistance if necessary. Keep the lobby clean and presentable from daily use of lobby. Receive and log deliveries according to task prioritization schedule.
