As the face of our hospital, the Client Service Representative also sets the stage as we build and maintain each client's trust and confidence in our abilities, helping to develop the relationships we have with our clients, thereby enhancing their experience. The Client Service Representative (CSR) is the client's first point of contact with our hospital and is responsible for initiating hospital resources related to the needs of the pet, such as scheduling general practice appointments for new and existing clients. Some of the job functions include but are not limited to the following: Demonstrated excellence in customer service - we're very serious about this! Compassion for pets and people Proven decision making skills to choose the most appropriate course of action The ability to communicate and integrate new information into problem solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office The ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be exposed to hazards such as allergies, contagious diseases, noises, odors, bites, scratches and animal waste While this position does not have any clinical duties, the CSR will work hand-in-hand with our amazing Veterinary Assistants, Technicians, and Veterinarians as well as Hospital and Regional Leadership.
