Inspecting customer vehicles and giving estimates for vehicle detailing and window tinting services. Inspect customer vehicles upon job completion to ensure high customer satisfaction. Operate all vehicle types, manual transmission, electric vehicles and large trucks in and out of shop and parking areas. Interlock Device of New Jersey is looking for a customer service technician for our Central Jersey shops, primarily in Toms River & Hamilton Twp. We are a company that installs breathalyzers into vehicles for people who have been convicted of DUI. The breathalyzer prevents a vehicle from starting if the operator is intoxicated. We are looking for a responsible and punctual individual with good people skills and good computer skills as well. Individual must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. This is a full time position. Duties would include: greeting our clients upon arrival for installation, training clients how to use our device, performing a routine monthly checkup on our equipment and dealing one on one with our clients. We would also train you how to perform the removal of the Interlock Device from the vehicle. Tech would will working primarily in our Toms River location with one day per week in our Hamilton Twp. location. Must be willing to work Saturdays. Customer service tech will be off on Sundays, and one additional weekday. This is a full time, 40 hour position. Interviews will be held next week.
