We are in search of a Full-Time Property Coordinator to join our team. Bigelow Rentals is a well established property management company that has several apartment communities in Green Bay and surrounding area: Qualified candidates must be professional, outgoing and friendly. The goal of this position is to enhance the resident’s experience and support the property. -Ability to create a positive work environment -Possess excellent verbal communication skills -Ability to work independently -High school diploma or equivalent -Valid drivers’ license and good driving record -Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and can quickly learn other software applications The Property Coordinator may be tasked with some of the following duties: -Greet and welcome all visitors to the communities using exceptional customer service and prospect qualifying/sales techniques to ensure leasing and retention goals are met -Help to create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position Duties may include, but are not limited to: Regularly inspect & maintain properties and amenities for quality assurance - Schedule, coordinate and conduct showings and tours of apartments with prospective tenants Conduct Move-In & Move-Out procedures with new residents Cleaning and Inspection of apartments Snow Removal - Shoveling, Salting & Snow-Blowing Maintain properties and help complete tenant's maintenance requests Maintain positive, active and acceptable relationships with residents Help create and maintain a positive company image -Other tasks as required
