46 Years Established Asphalt and Concrete Contractor in Pacific WA. We are seeking an Experienced Full Charged Bookkeeper to manage our Financial Operations. With the right amount of experience and if the individual is readily available, we are looking to hire as soon as possible; Looking to have in Office between 2-3 days a week to start. For our Experienced Bookkeeper Position, we are requiring for the following: - At least 5 years (minimum) Experience with Quick Books. Must be proficient with this Program, Particularly QB Desktop 2019. - Suitable with a Small Business Operation. - Prior experience in Billing Applications in the Construction industry. - Accounts Receivable and Payable Experience. - Must perform Bank Reconciliation every month - Must perform Check Book Reconciliation every month - Must have Record Management experience and skills. - Generating Financial Reports, Financial Projections, and Cost Accounting. - Knowledge of Construction Liens (Filing and Release of Liens) - Answer Office Phone as needed and Other tasks that may be assigned. - Must have Attention to Detail, Teamwork.
