Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our online distribution company specializing in parts for electronics, large appliances, and HVAC systems. This role involves assisting both consumer and business customers with part identification, taking customer orders over the phone, and resolve order or shipping issues with customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable learning technical product information, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner • Assist customers in identifying correct replacement parts for electronics, appliances, and HVAC equipment • Take customer orders and product return requests accurately • Provide product availability and pricing information • Resolve order or shipping issues and escalate complex cases when needed • Maintain customer records and update order status in our order management system (ChannelAdvisor experience a plus) • Contribute to team knowledge by staying current on product updates and industry trends Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) • Prior customer service experience, ideally in distribution, e-commerce, or technical support • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone/email manner • Ability to understand and explain product specifications and part compatibility • Computer proficiency with order management systems • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 Benefits • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays+ • 401(k) • Employee discounts on products When inquiring for this position please provide a resume
