Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is a plus and an excellent customer service background is a must. THE RIGHT CANDIDATE Will quickly learn and understand our products, services, and procedures with on-the-job instruction and training. Will use friendly, professional communication and listening skills while communicating with customers, in person on the phone, or by email. Will have good computer, keyboard and software skills and a willingness to be trained in our systems and procedures. Will have a clean professional appearance, be very organized and highly motivated. Will be very reliable, have a positive attitude, take pride in their work, and have a high attention to detail. Will quickly learn and develop the ability to perform multiple job skills. We are looking to invest the time to train a qualified candidate that meets the requirements listed. JOB DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Communicate in person, answer incoming calls and reply to emails, educating customers about our products and services. Schedule appointments, invoice jobs, process transactions, perform cash handling, and general office cleaning. Inspecting customer vehicles and giving estimates for vehicle detailing and window tinting services. Inspect customer vehicles upon job completion to ensure high customer satisfaction. Operate all vehicle types, manual transmission, electric vehicles and large trucks in and out of shop and parking areas. We are looking for truly dedicated individuals who are committed to excellence and long-term growth within our company. We provide emergency road service throughout Whatcom county to most of the major insurance companies including AAA, Geico, Allstate, Farmers and many many others. The job offers a chance to drive around our beautiful area helping the people who live in Bellingham, and our visitors from all over, get to the rest of their day in a timely and friendly manor.
