We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to provide Human Resources (HR) functions. Human Resources (HR) Requirements: Minimum of five years of previous Human Resources (HR) experience. Oversee the daily workflow of the payroll and HR department. Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, align the organization, and lead the implementation of projects and initiatives. Experience in employee relations and communication. Experience in recruitment using platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, Hootsuite and other Social Media platforms. Experience in onboarding, compensation (using Paycor Payroll System), compliance with federal and state employment laws including FMLA, PMLA, ESTA & OSHA. Strong systems skills, including high proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and applicable Human Resources (HR) online applications. Ability to work with all levels of employees and management. Demonstrated skills in managing confidential information. Good knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) Polices, Practices, Compensation & Benefits, Office administration, I9,Background/Drug checks, Employee Sign-up, Exit Interview , Problem resolutions, Staffing coverages and resolutions and Immigration law compliance. Experience in maintaining affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations. Agile and proactive to get tasks done in a very timely manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, detail-orientation and multitasking.
