Strategic Sourcing & Attraction: Leverage a diverse range of channels – including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs – to proactively source and engage passive candidates. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to consistently attract best-in-class talent across all departments. Proactive Talent Pipelining: Build and continuously nurture robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles within CADDi. Anticipate future hiring needs and maintain a consistent pool of qualified candidates to minimize time-to-fill and ensure continuous growth. Data-Driven Market Analysis: Utilize market data, industry insights, and your expertise to identify, attract, and influence diverse talent acquisition strategies. Contribute to long-term hiring plans by providing actionable insights and recommendations based on market trends and competitor analysis. HR Administration & Support: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee files. Assist with generating HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Coordinate impactful employee events, training programs, and professional development initiatives that enhance our team's capabilities. Culture & Engagement Champion: Actively support initiatives that strengthen CADDi's unique company culture and boost employee engagement. Organize and facilitate team-building activities and recognition programs that celebrate our collective achievements and foster a collaborative environment. Requirements What will a successful Recruiting Specialist bring to the table: Proven Recruiting Acumen: 3+ years of dedicated experience in recruiting roles, with a strong preference for experience within a fast-paced startup, staffing agency background or technology company. HR Best Practices Guru: Solid understanding of HR best practices, comprehensive recruitment methodologies, and relevant employment laws and regulations. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates, hiring managers, and team members at all levels. Detail-Oriented & Discreet: A meticulous attention to detail, highly organized, and an unwavering ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Tech-Savvy & Proficient: Proficiency in various HR software platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS) (Workable), and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
