Key Responsibilities: · Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP Grants Management implementations, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. · SAP Grants Management (GM), SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP (ECC 6.0), PSM-FM, PS, FI, CO, Integration Technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI). · Grant Lifecycle Management, Public Sector Accounting, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Requirements Gathering, Business Process Re-engineering, Testing, Training. · Client Relationship Management, Stakeholder Communication, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Team Leadership, Attention to Detail. · Successfully delivered at least 2 end-to-end SAP Grants Management implementation projects. · Proven track record of leading functional workshops and driving design decisions related to grant accounting and management processes. · Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, functional consultants, and technical developers. · Design and architect robust SAP GM solutions that align with client-specific grant policies, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. · Configure key SAP GM components such as Sponsored Programs, Sponsored Classes, Master Data, Grant Budgeting (e.g., Sponsored Program Planning and Budgeting), and Grant Billing/Invoicing. · Conduct detailed workshops with stakeholders to understand current grant management processes, pain points, and future state requirements. · Analyze existing grant application, award, tracking, reporting, and closeout processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement within SAP GM. · Map business requirements to SAP GM functionalities and recommend best practices. · Define and implement integration strategies between SAP GM and other SAP modules, particularly Funds Management (FM), Project Systems (PS), Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Human Resources (HR). · Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, interface development, and custom enhancements. · Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts (unit, integration, UAT) for SAP GM functionalities. · Execute testing phases and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the implemented solution. · Provide expert functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP GM post-implementation. · Identify and propose solutions for system optimization, process efficiency, and continuous improvement within the grant management landscape. · Create detailed functional specifications, configuration guides, business process documents, and end-user training materials. · Deliver effective training sessions to client teams and end-users. · Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients on SAP Grants Management capabilities and public sector best practices. · Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement. Required: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. · Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on SAP Grants Management implementations. · Demonstrable hands-on configuration experience with SAP GM components · Sponsored Programs, Sponsored Classes, and Master Data. · Grant Budgeting and Commitment/Actuals reporting. · Grant Billing and Revenue Recognition. · Integration with Funds Management (FM) and Project Systems (PS). · Strong understanding of public sector accounting principles, grant lifecycle, and compliance requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance in the US). · Ability to translate complex grant-specific business requirements into practical SAP solutions. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment. · Willingness to travel to client sites as required (approximately [e.g., 25-50%] of the time). Preferred: · Master's degree or relevant SAP certifications (SAP Certified Application Professional - Public Sector Management). · Experience with S/4HANA Public Sector Management (PSM) and/or S/4HANA migration projects. · Knowledge of related SAP modules such as Public Sector Management - Funds Management (PSM-FM), Project Systems (PS), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO). · Experience in specific public sector verticals like Higher Education, Research, Government (Federal, State, Local), or Non-Profit. · Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics for grant performance (e.g., SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud).

You will be leading the evaluation of differentiated tech-enabled business services and software companies with up to $75 million of annual recurring revenue, strong growth profiles of 15-20%+, and attractive gross margins and cash flow profiles.  We target businesses in fragmented end markets where there is an opportunity to supplement strong organic growth with thoughtful and strategic add-on acquisitions.  Such end markets include education technology, healthcare technology, and financial technology/integrated payments, among other vertically focused markets.
