As a Ground Level Technician, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting our client base from the ground level. Great Lakes Window Cleaning | 501 West Mount Hope Ave, Lansing MI 48910 What You'll Do Effectively cleanse windows and glass surfaces using non-abrasive cleaning tools. Communicate with site contact before, during, and after completion of work, and retrieve customer endorsement on work order. Transport and set-up water-fed poles to clean windows of multi-story buildings, and subsequent breakdown of equipment. Effectively clean up after each job to ensure there is no residue or dirt left behind. Ensure that the company vehicle is clean, maintained, and adequately stocked with window cleaning supplies at all times. Attend weekly safety meetings. Who You Are You have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. You have reliable transportation to/from work and job sites. You have a clean-cut appearance and able to adhere to our dress code. You are able to lift up to 60lbs. You are able to scale and utilize ladders from 5ft to 40ft in height (safety training provided). You are able to work both indoors and outdoors during variable weather conditions. You have excellent time-management skills. You adhere to high ethical standard. You work well in a team environment. You are professional with interpersonal and communication skills. Daytime cleaning person needed for condominium development

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Building Custodian to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of a portfolio of properties by conducting daily inspections of common areas, trash rooms, storage rooms, and building exteriors. You will document and report findings, manage the removal of trash from interior common spaces, ensure spaces are presentable, assist with pest control efforts, and address any issues or abnormalities in the building. This hands-on role requires the ability to quickly diagnose and address maintenance concerns, as well as provide minor repairs to maintain the building. Please include current employment on your resume. $17 an hour ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform major cleaning tasks such as vacuuming (using a 20 lb. vacuum daily for 3-4 hours), wet-mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying the trash (lifting waste paper and debris - minimum of 55 lbs.), dusting, cleaning whiteboards, and disinfecting drinking fountains. Clean restrooms, including floors and all fixtures (i.e.: urinals, toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and counters). Ensure restrooms are clean and disinfected. Perform ongoing tasks such as replacing light bulbs (climb ladders up to a height of 16 feet), filling dispensers, and setting up facilities for student and adult-use (lifting furniture, boxes, and cafeteria tables-minimum of 55 lbs.). Must be able to go up and downstairs and undertake bending and standing as needed in a daily shift. Promptly report major repairs as needed to the Head Custodian. Painting, repair work, set up and break down for events. Assist our school security staff with coverage, arrival, and dismissal procedures.
