Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of our facility. The Janitor will be responsible for routine cleaning, sanitation, and minor maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all employees, visitors, and clients. Need a roofing installation team that has their own trucks, dumpster trailer, tools, liability, workers comp, business license and equipment. You will need to do the roof tear off and installation as well as possible eave repairs as needed. If extra materials are needed you will need to be able to pick them up as we do not have anyone that can do it for you. We are primarily doing residential asphalt shingle, some metal, and some flat roofing including Self-Adhered rolled roofing and TPO. You need to be able to do a full tear-off and replacement per day for at least 40 squares. Pays $70-$90 per square depending on pitch and other factors, plus some extra for special items like chimneys and skylights. You must take pictures throughout the for insurance purposes and customer satisfaction as well as to allow us to check on your work before paying you.
