As a retail sales associate, your key responsibilities will be: • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding each rider’s needs and helping them choose the right parts, gear, and accessories, paying special attention to the newest and safest gear, sizing and fitting helmets, boots and assorted on-road AND off-road gear sets • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends in the motorcycle world. Share that knowledge with customers to help them make informed decisions • Sales: Meet and exceed sales goals through effective product recommendations, upselling accessories, and closing deals; cashiering • Store Presentation: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and stocked with the latest products. You’ll help create an exciting, bike-friendly environment where customers can see and touch the latest motorcycles and gear • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, technicians, and managers to provide customers with a seamless shopping experience from start to finish.
