Epoxy Coating / Concrete Polishing Installer

Mastercraft Painting & Decorating, Inc. is seeking an Epoxy Coating / Concrete Polishing Installer to work in the Reno and Carson City areas. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual who enjoys hands-on work, interacting with customers and co-workers, and is interested in bettering themselves and the organization they are part of. Our trained painting professionals are honest, dependable and have a professional attitude. Experience in the industry is preferred but not necessary. The starting salary is $20.00 per hour and up depending on experience and placement. As an Epoxy Coating / Concrete Polishing Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining concrete floors in a variety of settings. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers to understand their specific needs and ensuring that those needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain concrete floors in a variety of settings. Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning and grinding. Apply epoxy coatings and concrete polishing materials to floors. Operate various tools and equipment, including grinders, sanders, and floor scrapers. Safely and efficiently use chemicals and other materials. Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs. Ensure that all work is completed to a high level of quality and in a timely and professional manner. Requirements Ability to work as part of a team. Experience in construction or a related field preferred but not necessary. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a MUST. You MUST be able to Drive a large truck and trailer and be able to back that same rig up. This is a must. You must be insurable.
