Seeking Special Event Paint & Sip Art Instructors Nationwide  Degy Concepts is growing, and we’re looking for multiple USA-based Special Event Paint & Sip Art Instructors to join our team! We are looking in all states.     We are seeking EXPERIENCED, talented, and engaging Art Instructors  who can guide our guests through the creative process while providing a fun and stimulating atmosphere. Your ability to captivate the audience, provide clear instruction and keep the energy high is essential to creating an unforgettable experience for our audiences.    Ideal Candidates:  ✔ At least 2 years of hands-on painting experience, with acrylics as the preferred medium ✔ Previous experience instructing large groups and creating an engaging atmosphere  ✔ Comfortable as the center of attention, using a microphone and camera system  ✔ Professional, reliable, and able to travel for events  Position Details:  Freelance/Gig Work – Instructors are booked on a show-by-show basis by Degy Concepts  Travel will be required, with expenses covered   If you have the talent, energy, and desire to provide unforgettable experiences, we want to hear from you! Apply today and become part of our nationwide team.  Requirements Artistic Excellence: Prepare paintings according to our best practices, setting up the approved master painting in the designated area before each session begins.  Session Preparation: Utilize provided templates to break down paintings, ensuring your instruction during sessions is straightforward and effective.   Attention to detail: Ensure all camera equipment is set up and tested prior to start of session.  Session Organization: Prepare for upcoming sessions by organizing paint supplies and setting up paint stations to ensure a smooth and organized experience.  Engaging Teaching: Lead the painting sessions with step-by-step guidance, engaging customers throughout and managing the session time efficiently.  Customer Interaction: Engage with guests throughout the session, providing support and encouragement.  Communicate with the Host Staff on Responsibilities: Greet customers as they arrive, guide them to their seats, and provide aprons. Providing support and encouragement throughout and assisting with food and beverage orders.  Food and Beverage Support: Announcements + Direct customers to the food and beverage options.   Photo and Social Media Engagement: Take photos during the session for social media, enhancing the overall experience and promoting guest interaction.  Session Cleanup and Maintenance: Assist in the breakdown and cleanup process post-session, ensuring all items are cleaned and repacked for future events.  Shift Requirements    This is a gig-based position. Applicants should be available to travel by car or air depending on location. Most gigs will take 1-4 days, including travel time, pending location of event in relation to where you are. This may include days, evenings, and weekends.    Required Skills and Abilities  Vibrant personality with a flair for creating an engaging atmosphere.  Artistic proficiency, particularly in acrylics, and skill in teaching painting.  Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a focus on customer service excellence.  Tech-savvy, with proficiency in necessary technology for session operation—iPhone, iPad, GoPro camera, YouTube.  Willingness to travel, potentially a few hundred miles (up to 4 hours each way by car).  Flexible availability.  If you are contacted for consideration, please be prepared to present examples of work.  Experience and Education  Must be 21 years or older.  Must possess a Real ID.  Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position may be subject to a background check.
