We’re seeking an experienced Art Director to join our New York team, leading creative projects across video, photography, digital design, and AI generation. You’ll work closely with creative directors, designers, and copywriters to shape and execute ideas from concept to final delivery, ensuring work is on-brand, strategically sound, and visually exceptional. Our creatives are brand storytellers, combining design, video, and photography expertise to create work that resonates. You’ll bring both vision and hands-on execution, guiding your team while contributing directly to the work. Responsibilities Develop and deliver impactful creative solutions for brands and agencies Build strong partnerships with new and existing clients to drive growth and meet project goals Collaborate with partner organizations and agencies to ensure smooth, efficient creative execution Work closely with team leaders, artists, account managers, producers, and post-production to guarantee top-quality deliverables Lead creative pitches from initial concept through final presentation Mentor and inspire your team with passion and dedication Own and nurture the creative client relationship Proactively solve creative and production challenges Collaborate with organizational leaders on strategic creative development Clearly articulate ideas to internal teams and external stakeholders Direct photo and video production shoots with confidence and vision Requirements Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teams Collaborative mindset, prioritizing the needs of both the account and the team Strong communication and presentation skills Exceptional attention to detail Versatile experience across multiple media and business verticals Deep understanding of client brands and their unique goals Hands-on experience in art, copy, and production Skilled in developing and executing creative strategy Benefits The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements. This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
