*September rent already paid!! *Willing to pay for parking *Security Deposit already paid! uegently trying to get this done! apartment at College Manor for takeover/sublease, rent is $929 a month with $35 a month for parking ! it's cheap cheaper than what's listed currently on the website, text me for any information :) i'm no longer going to continue my education at UF so I'm exploring other housing options since it's downtown, literally 5 minute walk from campus!
