Laundry and bathroom are behind the sliding barn door in the living room picture. There is a nice covered back porch that looks out to a pasture and view of Rainier on a clear day! The house located across from our house on 13 acres. None of the furniture in the photos is included, that is staging. Garage and carport included. If you have a horse, right next door is our 4 stall barn, round pen and fenced acreage. No dogs. Cats ok. Other pets TBD. We do not have pets. Tenant should be aware we have young kids and they will be playing around the property. The property is quiet and private. Next to the ADU is our garden, tenant may use 1 of the raised beds.
