This apartment is ideal for someone who does not have a car and needs to be close to transportation - there is also a mall with a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away, and it is only a 5 minute drive to the intersection of Routes 3, 93, and 95 (a.k.a. 128). If you have a car, the building does have a parking lot and off street parking is available, but for one car only. The rent for this apartment includes all of the basic utilities (heat, hot water and electricity), so you would pay for telephone, cable, internet, etc. Rent is based on occupancy by one person – if more than one person is to occupy the apartment, a higher rent will apply. This apartment is not a basement, but it is ground level and it gets no view – the windows look out to a retaining wall. There is LVP plank flooring in the kitchen and living room. The bedroom is carpeted and measures 11’ x 11’ and it will fit a king sized bedroom set. The living room measures 12’6” x 16’. There is an open floor plan from the kitchen through the living room (which has an air conditioner). The kitchen comes with an electric stove, refrigerator and a dishwasher. There is a full bathroom (a tub with a shower) that has a linen closet inside of it. The building itself has an elevator, there are security locks on the entrance doors, an intercom system, and coin operated washers and dryers downstairs. There is a parking lot for off street parking, but please note that parking is available for one car only. We do not allow dogs, but some other pets (such as cats) are acceptable.
