Enjoy resort living in beautiful Pelican's Landing 55+ RV and Cottage Resort. We currently have a fully furnished one bedroom, one bath cottage available through December 15th. Enjoy coffee or sip wine at our boat house, sit under the pergola and watch the incredible sunrise as birds fly overhead and dolphin swim close to our shoreline. Walking distance to Riverview Park, recreation and restaurants. 10 minutes by boat to the Sebastian Inlet. Bring your boat (size restrictions) and enjoy this "Old Florida" vibe. This is perfect setting for vacation or if you need temporary housing. All you need to bring is your toothbrush. Please call the park office for more information regarding our 55+ status. There is a non refundable $150.00 cleaning fee. No Pets Allowed.
