TWO BEDROOM DOWNTOWN COLUMBIA It’s a great location, on Hitt Street, so you are in between campus and downtown. Its spacious, with a large living room and big kitchen. It’s a “basement” unit, but each room has windows with great sunlight, and so do the living room and kitchen! It also has a patio, private entrance, mud room, and in-unit laundry and dryer. It’s genuinely a great find. It also has central AC and heating. The total rent is $1375 (or around $700 a person), utilities are around $100 and they pay $50 for wifi, so it comes out to $1525, or $762 a person. Ideally you would be moving in by the end of the month/beginning of October.
