Very nice, well kept, and clean two bedroom apartment. The apartment is recently renovated and is located in a very quiet and safe country setting. The property is surrounded by family property on a private road in Agua Fria. The unit has a fresh coat of paint and the carpet in the bedroom was replaced last week. The floor in the living area is tile. The unit has gas for heating, community water, and electricity. The utilities are included in the rent. Internet is not included but Xfinity is available. A deposit of $1,200.00 is required plus rent for the month is required to move in. Rent will prorated accordingly depending on the move in date. Please respond to all the following questions: Where do you work? How long have you worked there? How much do you make a month? Do you have three of your most recent paystubs? Do you have a savings account? Do you have more than one reference from a former landlord? When can you move in? Are you willing to pay for a credit report? How long do plan on staying? Is the apartment for you -- or for you and another person? If you don't answer all of the questions above, it will be impossible for me to evaluate if you are a good fit.
