It's also known as "The Loop River Path" as it's part of a loop which goes around the entire city. It's a little over 3 miles to U of A. You are also at the base of the foothills, so a quick drive up the hill to all the amazing shopping, hiking, and city views, while at the same time, you are 3 minutes from "Restaurant Row" on Campbell Ave., with every type of food you can imagine.
