ABOUT THE ROLE As the Finance & Administrative Manager at Mitutoyo Research & Development America, Inc. (MRDA), you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization by contributing across key functions, including accounting, administration, human resources, and compliance. You'll play a vital role in supporting the cutting-edge technology and software developed at MRDA. Your work will help ensure our Finance and Administrative group is providing outstanding service, collaborating with the executive team, and interacting with our parent company in Japan. You'll also oversee services for a related company involved in light manufacturing. The successful candidate’s salary will be determined based on job-related experience/ knowledge/ skills, education, and complexity and responsibility of the role. Benefits include 100% paid medical, dental, vision insurance (75% for dependents), 100% paid life and disability insurance, 6% matching 401k, 15 vacation days, 12 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days per year, and eligibility for performance based annual bonus.
