Position Overview As a Financial Analyst at Xite, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A advisory, practice brokerage, and valuation efforts. You will be responsible for analyzing the financial health of healthcare practices, preparing marketing and diligence materials for buyers and investors, and helping identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Responsibilities Analyze and recast practice financial statements (P&Ls, balance sheets, tax returns, production reports, etc.) Develop and maintain valuation models, including EBITDA normalization, pro forma projections, and scenario analyses Support the creation of Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), teasers, and financial exhibits for deals Participate in the due diligence process, managing data rooms and responding to buyer requests Conduct market research and benchmark financials against comparable practices and transactions Support brokers and managing directors with deal structuring insights, pricing strategies, and negotiation prep Track financial performance of deals post-closing for reporting and investor communications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience working for a DSO or MSO Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Familiarity with EBITDA, valuation multiples, and M&A terminology Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with Salesforce, Dentrix, Open Dental, EagleSoft, EZDerm, and numerous other EMR and Practice Management Software.
