Role Summary: The Assistant Director of Analytics and Budgeting with the support of the Controller will ensure People’s Arc of Suffolk’s financial goals are met. They will facilitate proactive decision making through data reporting and ensure the agency is in compliance with financial, accounting and auditing. Role Responsibilities:  Supervises the Accounts Receivable and Payroll team  Provides specialized executive-level management support to the CFO.  Creates corrective action plans to improve efficiency and enhance productivity.  Creates and compiles high-quality briefing materials, meeting agendas, to assist the CFO in effectively managing financial and fiscal operations.  Partners with programs and provides core financial and operational reporting and strategic analysis for decisionmaking.  Proactively identifies and communicates any areas of potential risk and obstacles to success.  Supports the development plans, provides data to project timelines and helps achieve set expectations.  Communicates with various senior leaders to plan upcoming financial needs and consistently updates them on necessary information and approval.  Takes ownership of various projects including but not limited to budgeting / forecasting, financial and operational reporting, profitability analysis, developing business processes and data management. SALARY 80,000-90,000 PLUS DAY ONE BENEFITS Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.  5+ years working experience in a role with analytic and budgeting responsibilities.  Experience with cost-based reimbursement models (e.g., CFR, CFRS) and general ledger.  Experience in payroll processing  Tech-savvy with financial software (Net Suite and UKG preferred) and Excel modeling.  Strong background in data and analytics and a solid foundation in finance and accounting  Must be able to display a high level of discretion and understand the sensitive nature of confidential information with superior emotional intelligence.
