Virtual Therapist – LMFT, LCPC, LCSW Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 Schedule: Weekdays, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM The Role: Join our remote therapy team serving clients across Illinois. In this position, you’ll work exclusively through secure telehealth platforms, delivering focused, goal-driven care. In this essential role, you will perform laboratory tests and analyses to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Your responsibilities will include conducting a variety of laboratory tests, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results, and maintaining laboratory equipment. You will play a vital role in supporting clinical staff by providing timely and accurate laboratory data. This position requires an active MT (ASCP) certification or equivalent, and candidates must also have a valid state license. This is a full-time position with typical shifts during standard working hours. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform complex laboratory tests on biological specimens, including blood and other fluids. Ensure the accuracy and validity of test results, adhering to quality control protocols. Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Document all laboratory procedures and results in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss test results and relevant findings. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or a related field. Current certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) by ASCP or equivalent.
