Applicant must have excellent communication skills, be well organized, self-motivated, and good team player able to work well under pressure. Applicant must have a flexible schedule. Monday to Friday Evening hours (2pm to 9pm) alternating Saturday's (9am to 5pm) Full time position available. DUTIES -Greet patients and provide excellent customer service -Schedule and confirm appointments -Check in patients and enter information into computer systems -Communicate with insurance companies and complete authorizations -Maintain orderly office environment -Knowledge of Excel and Word is a must Requirements: -Previous medical experience preferred but not necessary - Fluent in Spanish language -Must have a friendly personality and the ability to build rapport with patients -Must have the ability to multi task and take initiative -Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
