Haven Center of Oregon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Manager to manage daily operations, supervise direct care staff, and ensure the highest quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities in our 24-hour residential program. As a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, you will collaborate with family members, healthcare providers, case managers, service coordinators, and others to enrich the lives of those we serve. For more information please visit: https://hcoo.net/ Work Schedule - 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday Responsibilities: - Oversee the management and operation of a three to five bed home - Contribute to a supportive and stable environment for our residents - Supervise and train direct care staff - Lead the development/implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISP) for residents - Coordinate services with consultants and other healthcare providers, and serve as liaison with parents, guardians, neighbors, and county case managers - Coordinate staff scheduling and be available to cover shifts in case of unexpected staff absences - Ensure staff compliance with ISP, support documents, agency policy and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) - Ensure the health and well-being of residents by following all doctor orders and administering medications per prescriptions Requirements: - Must be 18 years of age or older - Driver's license required with good driving record - Be able to read/write and speak fluent English - Be physically able to assist residents with bathing, cooking, cleaning, etc. - Be able to pass DHS / Criminal History Background Check - Obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of hire (unless already certified, paid training provided) - Obtain Oregon Intervention Systems (OIS) certification (paid training is provided) ​ Qualifications: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Experience with supervising employees in a managerial role - Experience working with licensing requirements and conducting quality assurance reviews. - Familiarity with Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) for 24-hour residential programs - Management experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential setting or similar environment. - Experience with general computer operation and proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, and Excel Benefits: - Annual wage increase based on satisfactory performance - Medical, and Dental Insurance - Life and AD/D Insurance - Supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short term disability) - 401K Retirement Plan with up to 3.5% employer match for eligible employees - Health Savings Account - Paid Time Off - Birthday bonus - Discounted gym membership - Time and a half pay for hours worked on agency holidays - Potential for annual bonuses depending on performance - Paid training - Career growth and development opportunities
