As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory.  As a Lead Specimen Collector:  Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens Process and package collections for shipping Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable) Perform audits on established internal processes (i.e workflows) Acts as a subject matter expert, answering questions and addressing concerns Provide support and training to new and existing team members  Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required.
