Union Hall seeks Bar Manager / AGM (Brooklyn)

Join the Union Hall team as a Bar Manager / Assistant General Manager, where you’ll help lead our staff, create the right energy on the floor, and deliver outstanding experiences for our guests. The Mgr is responsible for aiding in the management of daily operations of the establishment. This includes supervising FOH and BOH teams, scheduling, some administrative and reconciliation duties, overseeing staff and guest interactions, and contributing to menu programming and ordering. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all areas of establishment while in service, and work with the GM on final decisions regarding guest services and facilities. - Assist in implementing policy changes. - Overseeing staff, security, and overall operations - Oversee supply ordering - Adhere to standards of service to maintain company goals of increasing sales and minimizing costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs. - Communicate any floor needs via End-of-Day Email - Attend to specific needs of larger group reservations - Ensure overall consistency of service from bar, floor, and kitchen This is a full-time position; the schedule is Wednesday through Sunday evening shifts.
