The starting pay ranges between $20-21, with pay increases starting after 90 days of employment. On the administrative side of things, you would be managing the front desk, scheduling patients, answering calls and emails, processing payments and working with insurance. On the personal assistant side of things, there is a wide range of possible tasks on any given day. You'll never have the same day twice at the job. Job Title: EHR Implementation & Medical Billing Specialist We are in the process of upgrading to a more comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to better serve our patients and streamline our operations. As part of this transition, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to assist with the implementation and take ownership of key billing and authorization processes post-launch. Position Summary: This role will play a critical part in the successful implementation of our new EHR system. Post-implementation, the position will be responsible for: • Preparing and submitting claims to our billing company. • Managing medical accounts receivable. • Navigating complex prior authorization systems, particularly for VA, Tricare, and Aetna. • Handling non-network authorizations and approvals for medical equipment.
