Overview: The Sales Professional role involves direct customer interaction to sell RVs. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, demonstrating RV features, processing paperwork, managing customer relationships via CRM, and general sales duties. The position requires strong communication, technology, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers and identify their RV needs to guide them to appropriate options. Demonstrate RV features and functionality, both exterior and interior. Answer product questions confidently, overcoming objections and closing sales. Sales Documentation & Processing Prepare accurate sales documents, quotes, and credit applications. Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth delivery and pickup processes. CRM & Lead Management Maintain customer records in CRM software. Follow up on internet leads, inbound calls, and previous interactions to maximize sales opportunities. Collaborate with the Business Development department to drive traffic and conversions. Product Knowledge & Learning Stay up to date on current inventory, promotions, and RV trends. Participate in ongoing training for sales techniques and product features. Professionalism & Teamwork Maintain professional appearance and attitude to uphold brand reputation. Work independently while supporting teammates to achieve department goals. Participate in meetings, training, and dealership events as required. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Forklift and tractor operation experience required. Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments and under varied weather conditions. Comfortable working weekends and standing or walking for extended periods. Strong multitasking and time-management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to climb ladders and steps safely. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly, 15 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Position Overview: Prepare portions of or complete contract proposal estimates for one or more disciplines, including the determination of applicable project plans and specifications.  Assigned Responsibilities: Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work.  Maintain files of working documents as back up for estimate figures, including current (accurate) information on prices from suppliers through direct contact, sales brochures, price lists, etc. May review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality, or availability of materials. Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontracts, productivity analysis reports, etc. into unit and man hour figures. Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work. Lead and coordinate total estimating effort relevant to particular bid/project as assigned. Maintain files of working documents as back up for estimates figures. Interact with owner, A/E, and other contractors to provide engineering and cost data regarding project feasibility. Follow awarded contracts as assigned, may include estimating extra work items, change orders, credits; procuring material, etc. Works with the Senior Project Manager and VP to assign responsibilities on each project Oversight of the Indiana estimating process for all projects including maintenance of standardized procedures, methods, and processes for estimating. Works with Corporate office to prepare bid forms, request bid bonds, insurance,  and coordinate delivery of bid documents between offices. Develop and maintain project lead log for the Indiana Office. Maintain prequalification for State, City & County Agencies Solicit subcontractors and suppliers in support of project bids. Attend outreach events in effort to identify subcontractor and bid opportunities Provide complete detailed estimates for concrete work, structures, earthwork, piling, etc. Provide technical support to personnel preparing discipline estimates for assigned bids. Ensure all working documents and data are maintained to back-up estimate figures. Track awarded contracts as required Maintain subcontractor data base and develop positive relationships with subcontractors Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts, plus ability to coordinate and lead an estimate. Ability to take-off and price concrete projects. Ability to take-off and price earthwork projects. Comfortable working phones and discussing detailed scopes with subcontractors. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Understands and knows how to use spreadsheets. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous projects.
