Job description: Quik Dog is hiring a Sous Chef to join our opening team at our flagship location at Mission Rock. The primary responsibility of the Sous Chef is to maintain the restaurant on a day-to-day basis while working station shifts in service, as well as some prep shifts. Leadership is displayed through ongoing participation in menu development, training of line cooks and prep teams, and leading by example during service in the absence of, and in tandem with, the Executive Chef. The Sous Chef should be trained in expediting service and do so in times of needed coverage.
