Hoexters is an Upscale New American restaurant located in the UES, looking for experienced, full-time servers to join our team (Sunday/Monday availability required).  We are looking for people with experience in a fast-paced environment, that are passionate about hospitality and want to make our guests feel extra special and well taken care of from the very moment they step in. See below a list of responsibilities and requirements and don't hesitate to contact us if you feel like these describe you: - Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to your guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, paying close atention to dietary restrictions. Enter orders into the POS system and communicate discrepancies/errors to management/kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Upsell food and beverages to guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests. Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations. Attend staff meetings and trainings. - Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
