Summary of Position: The Server Assistant is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers with table service. This is primarily a PM position! The Food Runner is responsible for prepping dishes and running large oval trays of food to the tables in the dining rooms and bar. This is primarily a PM position! Essential Functions: Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware.
