ShareJob Title: Barista (Baking Experience a Plus) Employment Type: Full-time with weekend shifts Compensation: We guarantee $20/hr — we pay $15/hr and if tips don’t bring you to $20, we cover the difference. That said, tips have never fallen short. Bakery by Textbook is hiring baristas. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love staying busy, this is the place for you. You’ll be front and center, helping deliver great coffee, food, and hospitality to our community. We’re looking for friendly people who enjoy chatting with customers and care about doing things the right way — every time. You'll work a four-day week, including some evening and weekend shifts. You’ll also have the chance to rotate into other parts of the bakery, like making juices, slushies, and helping out with baking. Cleanliness, teamwork, and a strong work ethic matter a lot to us.
