Overview We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Front of House staff to join our restaurant team. This role is essential in delivering excellent guest experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude. Manage cash transactions, process payments accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer. Pack and hand off takeout orders efficiently and correctly. Plate and present prepared food items according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOH area. Communicate effectively with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow. Provide prompt and courteous resolution of customer inquiries or issues. Support other team members as needed to maintain service quality. Requirements Strong English communication skills (verbal required; written preferred). Previous customer service or FOH experience is a plus, but not required. Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling cash. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Event Assistant tasks may include providing retail support, welcoming people to the property, checking visitors in, selling concessions, parking, and monitoring visitor safety.  The event runs October 3 – October 30, Wednesday through Sundays with the exception of the last week of October when the event is open daily Monday, October 27 – Thursday, October 30.
