Opening in early 2026, Giulietta is a sunny, casual all-day Italian restaurant with over 275 indoor seats and 100 seats outside. Inspired by relaxed summers on the Mediterranean, Giulietta will have something for everyone, offering the businesspeople, tourists and residents of Midtown a transporting oasis in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Grand Central. We're looking for a Mixologist to join our team and help build a bar experience rooted in creativity, consistency, and excellence. 'Eighty Seven Next Door' is a cocktail-focused bar and intimate dining space located beside Table 87 in Gowanus. Known for our refined interiors, warm hospitality, and elevated menu, we’re seeking an experienced Mixologist to execute a curated cocktail program with precision and professionalism. About the Role: As a Mixologist, you’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This position requires in-depth knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, proper technique, and a confident, warm presence behind the bar. You’ll be trusted with batching, prepping, garnishing, and serving elevated cocktails consistently—every time. About the Role: As the face behind the bar, you’ll execute a well-developed seasonal cocktail list, incorporating clarified cocktails, fat-washed spirits, amaro-forward drinks, and signature riffs on the classics. You’ll work closely with management to ensure that every cocktail served meets the highest level of quality, consistency, and presentation.
